1. How do I dial using DeeCall?
If you’re using the DeeCall Application: Open the application, and dial out using your phonebook or by keying in the number. The application recognizes 00x prefixes and the “+” sign.
If you’re using a fixed line or regular mobile phone:
Please make DeeCalls through our access number by dialing: 02 353 3760, then the country code + area code + phone number. To overcome this, you can use our Smart Call feature.

2. What happens after the minutes of the package are over?
Standard DeeCall rates apply

3. Can I have a demo before I commit to using DeeCall?
Yes, you may. Contact DeeCall sales representatives for further information.

4. If I apply for a package how many months is it valid?
12 months. We will contact you to renew your contract

5. What do I need to install DeeCall on landlines?
• A Hi-Speed / Broadband connection such as ADSL
• An available LAN or Ethernet port to connect the Phone Adapter
• A Phone Adapter that is purchased/borrowed from DeeCall
• Any touch-tone phone, including cordless

6. Is there a fee to register to DeeCall?
Yes, there is a deposit fee which depends on the package that you receive. No fee if you pay-as-you-go

7. Is there a credit limit?
Yes, we give a credit limit three times the amount of your initial deposit. If you are demoing DeeCall then the credit limit varies by size of company and the number of people. Credit limit can be increased depending on usage.

8. How fast can you set up DeeCall for us?
After receiving all your documents for DeeCall, it takes 1-2 working days to set up your account, including all your value added services like smart calls, and the multi-user technology.

9. What documents do you need to set up an account?
Individual customers: Photocopy of ID Card/Driver’s License/Work Permit/Passport
Photocopy of latest utility bill with current home or billing address (Cable TV, Internet, Telephone, Electricity)
Corporate customers: Photocopy of Confirmation Registration Certificate from
Ministry of Commerce (Less than 6 months old)
Photocopy of VAT Registration Certificate

10. Where in Thailand can you set up DeeCall?
Anywhere with an address

11. Can we use DeeCall overseas?
Making DeeCalls on your mobile phone while on roaming will incur high charges, and we do not advise using DeeCall while abroad.

12. How does DeeCall work with PBX systems?
Very simply put, DeeCall provides a device gateway that will be attached between your PBX system and your internet modem by SIP trunking on your IP-PDX without the gateway. Please look at the diagram below.


13. Do I need to keep Broadband Router or ADSL router modem powered on at all times?
To keep the DeeCall connection active, your Broadband Router or ADSL router modem needs to be powered on at all times. This is only applicable to those who have installed a device gateway on a landline. NOT APPLICABLE TO THOSE WITH DEECALL ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES. |
