Terms and Conditions
DeeCall Plus Basic (Postpaid Monthly Package)
The package entitles the applicant to make 300 minutes of calls to any phone number in Thailand for 250 baht a month. Calls to emergency service numbers (3 digit), special numbers (4-digit), toll-free numbers or premium service numbers are not allowed.
Calls in excess of the package entitlement shall be charged per minute according to the prevailing rate for the destination called.
A one-time non refundable service activation fee of 1,000 baht and 2 months advance payment of 500 baht is required on application approval.
Applicant is contracted to this package for 9 months from date of application approval.
Applicant will receive Phone Adapter (Dlink DVG-2001S) on the day of application approval.
If applicant cancels the package or terminates the service before 9 months, the applicant agrees to pay all outstanding payment and shall return Phone Adapter in normal working condition to immediately.
If applicant returns the Phone Adapter in a defective condition or does not return Phone Adapter, the applicant agrees to pay to SawasdeeSHOP of 1,500 baht as cost of damages
DeeCall Plus is subject to qualification and approval. SawasdeeSHOP reserves the right to decline applications and no reasons will be provided for disapproved applications.
SawasdeeSHOP to modify, append or change rates and packages.
All rates and prices are exclusive of and subject to VAT.
