Information Disclosure

We reserve the right to refuse any request for account information where we are unable to verify that the requester is in fact the account holder, authorized contact or user of the account.

Using your Account

As you make calls from your SIP system, mobile phone or any applied devices, charges are incurred and will be deducted from your account. If you make a call and your credit expires during the call,
the call will be terminated. Top up during or after expiry date will extend the period from the date of  expiry stated. Deecall standard rate sheet shall be applied for international calling.
Deecall domestic call rate will  be charged per minute basis and per package you have applied. The left balance after expiry date can be restored on top-up within next 45 day.

Reactivation

If you wish to regain access to our service Network, you will need to purchase a new Package.
This service will be able to use only in Thailand region with Thai IP address.

Payment

The subscribers are able to top up by  credit card, Money transfer and cashier cheque issued by local financial institutions in Thailand. In case of using Debit card (Visa Electron card),
the service provider reserves right to accept the amount with sufficient funds in the bank account. Any fail transactions will be treated as incomplete.
Eco and Smart package can gain access through our online website payment.
Enterprise and Supper/Seller will need to be Money transfer or cashier cheque.
This service is available to top up at amount of 9,900 Baht, 79,000 Baht, 295,000 Baht and 585,000 Baht.

Deecall SIP validity is up on top up amount: 9,900 Baht valid for 3months; 79,000 Baht valid for 6 Months; 295,000 Baht valid for 9 months and 585,000 Baht valid for 12 months.

Without prior notice, Deecall reserve the rights to amend, change, suspend or terminate terms and conditions above in case any related government sector‘s rules, orders or policies have been amended,
changed, suspended or terminated this service or such orders cause Deecall operation more burden.
